Power
Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, the right electricity plan for a commercial and industrial partner will be custom built around two key variables unique to each partner.
Doing this offers scope for efficiencies – and potential cost-savings.

Flexible capacity
Increase and decrease your load as driven by operational requirements, not just by your contract.
Hybrid supply
Benefit from a blend of renewable energy sources with the reliability of other options to offer seamless supply in a cost-effective way.
Tailored plans
Shape your portfolio around your actual use patterns, getting custom pricing while optimising for renewable energy sources and cost based on your unique requirements.

Power Purchase Agreements
Our Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) are essentially a long-term power supply agreement and can take many forms based on business requirements. Shell Energy is involved in every stage of the integrated power system, from generating and buying, to selling, storing and supplying power to businesses. This allows companies to access our global portfolio of renewable power supplies which include both existing and under-development assets owned by us and by third parties, and for developers or generators to access our integrated trading and supply network.
