- The Shell V-Power Rewards Program is an annual program which is part of Shell GO+ programme (program scheduled from 5th January 2026 to 31st December 2026) and it refers to the tier of membership allocated to the Shell V-Power customers by Shell basis rules and regulations of the Shell V-Power Rewards Program that are laid out by Shell from time to time. That is valid at all participating retail stations.
- (New Members) Eligibility to join Shell V-Power rewards program requires a minimum fill of Shell V-Power in specific quantity during each qualifying period as follows:
- Member: Minimum 1 transaction of Shell V-Power in the qualifying period (Qualifying period is 5th January 2026 to 31st December 2026)

- (Old members) Existing customers under Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers in calendar year 2025 till 31st Dec 2025 will remain in their respective tiers in calendar year 2026 only after they make specified Shell V-Power purchase 5th Jan 2026 onwards to unlock program benefits in calendar year 2026

- E.g. - Customers who have unlocked Gold tier in calendar year 2025, will be able to unlock Gold tier and its benefits/rewards in calendar year 2026 (5th Jan 2026 onwards) only after they purchase at least 50 litres of Shell V-Power fuel (and tag the transactions to Shell Asia app)
- The Minimum Shell V-Power volume purchase required for each tier will be updated in the volume tracker to unlock next tier. E.g. – A Bronze customer as of 31st Dec 2025 fuels 25 litres of Shell V-Power on 10th Jan 2026. The customer will unlock the Bronze tier & benefits for calendar year 2026 and the volume tracker will update to ’75 litres to go’ to unlock the next tier Silver (100 litres minus the 25 litres)
- Customer volume tracker on app will reset to the minimum value (entry value) of the Tier post 31st Dec 2025. E.g. If a Bronze customer is at 90 litres as of 31st Dec 2025 then the tracker for the customer will reset to 20 litres, which is the entry value of the tier on 5th Jan 2026. And upon meeting the minimum fuelling requirement of 20 litres, the Bronze customer will unlock the tier benefits.
- To progress to the next tier of membership, member must meet all qualifying factors for all each membership tier. For the next qualifying period, the entire program will be reset, and customers need to again meet the minimum qualification to be part of a desired tier as mentioned above.
- After a customer unlocks higher tier, the benefits of the previous tier will automatically lapse. E.g. – A customer upgrades to Gold tier from Silver tier, the customer will unlock benefits of Gold tier and benefits, offers, rewards of Silver tier will lapse
- If a customer unlocks a tier on account of Shell V-Power fuelling which happens between 10PM – 12AM, the offers, benefits of the unlocked tier will be assigned after 48-72 hrs
- Shell reserves the right to amend or add or remove any of the Tiers eligibility and rewards under each tier.
- Rewards/ bonus points/ discounts or any other reward subject to Shell’s discretion
- Upon reaching a Tier, for example bronze to silver, the bonus points/offers on Shell V-Power purchases will be applicable as per new Tier only from next transaction.
- Upon reaching a Tier, for example bronze to silver, the discount offer on non-fuel purchases will be assigned as per new tier within a maximum of 7 days for a fixed validity period.
- All the offers will have a validity period. Customer needs to check for the validity period on the offers section of the Shell Asia App.
- No two similar offers can be clubbed together or availed on same product in one transaction. For example, if a customer has unlocked coffee offers for Bronze tier & then Silver tier, only one of the two offers will apply to the transaction. You can choose the offer you want to avail by using the Toggle on/off feature on the My Card section of the App.
- Following offers to be discontinued from 9th September 2026 onwards:

- Above mentioned offers (in the table above) will be terminated for all the program members and new offers (as mentioned below) to be replaced basis the member’s tier at the time of offer changeover

- The bonus points on every Thursday are only applicable on the first transaction of the day and only if Shell V-Power is part of that first transaction. E.g. If a customer does a first transaction of normal/regular Shell petrol on Thursday, then the customer will not be eligible to get the Thursday bonus points offer.
- Rewards upon reaching the next Tier may be at Shell’s discretion and may vary during the qualifying period.
- Existing Shell V-Power rewards program benefits unlocked by members for the calendar year 2026 will cease to exist from 31st Dec 2026. New program will start in Jan 2027.
- If a customer fills Shell V-Power fuel, the filled volume will be updated within 72 hrs. This applies to the transaction wherein a customer upgrades to a new tier. E.g. - If a customer is at 90 litres and needs 10 litres to go to Silver tier and if customer fills the 10 litres then customer will be updated to Silver tier within 72 hrs.
- Upon tier upgradation, the volume tracker resets at starts from the base value of the tier. E.g. - If any Bronze customer is at 95 litres and fills 10 litres on 20th Dec then on 21st Dec customer will enter Silver tier, but the tracker will start from the base value (100 ltrs), which means the extra 5 litres will not be considered as part of Silver tier tracker
- If a Tier is unlocked in one and first transaction itself, Rewards and offers will be assigned within 7 days
- Shell V-Power Rewards Program membership is for individuals only - it is not a corporate membership.
- Shell reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of the Offers, at any time without any prior written notice to the customer
- Misuse of Shell V-Power Rewards Program benefits may result in termination of Shell V-Power Rewards Program membership or withdrawal of benefits without prior intimation and at the sole discretion of Shell.
- Shell V-Power Rewards membership or rewards is/are not transferable.
- Shell V-Power Rewards Program membership can be revoked or refused if a Shell V-Power Rewards Program member is involved in any act of fraud, cheating with or without cause and without any notice.
- The Shell V-Power Rewards membership is valid till 31st Dec 2026 from the date of enrolment/upgrade/renewal as reflected in the Shell system.
- Shell V-Power Rewards Reward Points should be redeemed within the validity period as highlighted in the Shell Asia App, else will automatically lapse.
- Certain reward points that may be earned or credited to members may have a different validity from the tier reward points and will lapse as per their validity and not membership validity of the member.
- Once Reward Points are redeemed or lapsed, they cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
- Shell GO+ terms and conditions shall also apply to this Shell V-Power Rewards 2026 program.
