You can provide your feedback after the end of a charging session by clicking on "Add review" on session details page. You can also go to account section and add review against a charging session.

You can edit your name by going to the account section and clicking on edit icon. For any other request, you can contact us at 011-408-49548 or email us at shellrechargeindia@shell.com.
How can I deactivate/ delete my account?

You can reach out to our customer support at 011-408-49548 with a request to deactivate your account. You can also request for deleting your account from the Account section within the app. Click on edit icon and then select Delete account and proceed to submit the request. Our customer support team will reach out to you in 48 hours to help with refund of wallet amount, if applicable.
Can I see state of charge of my EV during charging?
Can I see state of charge of my EV during charging?
You can see the percentage of charge if you are plugged in with DC chargers. The AC chargers are not built to communicate the state of charge.

Currently we have not enabled this feature. We would review the feature in the future updates of the app. Shell Recharge is rapidly expanding its network across the country and we are confident that we would be able to provide a charging solution when you need wherever you need it.
How long does it take to charge?
How long does it take to charge?
The speed of charging is determined by various parameters like power of the charge points, battery capacity of the vehicle, condition and state of charge of battery and more.
Why there is a difference between estimated and actual price?
Why there is a difference between estimated and actual price?
There might be a difference between estimated and actual cost based on parameters like vehicle type, battery condition, vehicle state of charge and more. Because of the communication protocols between the charger and the app, the final amount might be different from the estimated amount depending on the exact units consumed. We confirm that the amount debited from your wallet is corresponding to the actual number of units consumed.

Shell Recharge doesn’t allow cash payments. Please load your wallet using various digital payment methods available via the app (credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, UPI and various wallets).
