What if customer refuses to download Shell Asia app?

Please explain that this program is for loyal customers exclusively on Shell Asia app. Hence to be part of the program, they need to be a Shell Asia registered customer.

How do I become part of the Shell V-Power Rewards Program?

Customer can become member of Shell V-Power Rewards Program by fuelling 50 litres or more Shell V-Power with transactions tagged to Shell Asia in the qualifying period (15^th Jan 2025 to 31^st Dec 2025).

How can I avail offers under Shell V-Power Rewards Program?

All the offers will be displayed under the offer section on Shell Asia app as per the eligible tier (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum). Customer can select the relevant offer at the time of purchasing.

Where can I see the Tier that I belong to?

In the Shell Asia app Home Screen, in the top left corner below the customer’s name.

How will I know to how much Shell V-Power I need to purchase to unlock next tier?

In the Shell Asia app Home Screen, in the bottom portion you can check the tracker box which says “xyz litres to go”. The value here highlights the litres you need to unlock the next tier.

You can also click on this tracker box to know all the benefits you’ll be unlocking with tier upgrade.

If I upgrade from Silver to Gold tier, will I be able to redeem Silver tier offers?

Upon upgrading to the next tier, the offers of the old tier will immediately expire, and customer will only be able to avail new tier offers.

Is minimum fuelling requirement compulsory for all existing SVPR members?

Yes, for all Shell V-Power rewards program members in FY2024, so as to unlock the tier benefits in FY2025 minimum Shell V-Power fuelling requirement is compulsory.

When will I move into the next tier?

Eligibility to join Shell V-Power rewards program requires a minimum fill of Shell V-Power in specific quantity during each qualifying period as follows:

Bronze tier: 50-99 litres of Shell V-Power
Silver tier: 100 to 299 litres of Shell V-Power
Gold tier: 300 to 499 litres of Shell V-Power
Platinum tier: 500 litres and above of Shell V-Power

I purchased Shell V-Power but did not use Shell Asia during the transaction, will this transaction be considered in this program?

Customer need to be registered in Shell Asia and all the transactions must be scanned in the app.

Will my tier membership be valid in 2026?

For the next qualifying period, the entire program will be reset and customers need to again meet the minimum qualification to be part of a desired tier.

Can I club two offers? E.g. deli2go and lube offers?

No, no two similar offers can be clubbed together. You can choose the offer you want to avail by using the Toggle on/off feature on the My Card section of the App.

When will I start receiving offers upon reaching a Tier?

Upon reaching a Tier, for example bronze to silver, the bonus points on Shell V-Power purchases will be applicable as per new Tier only from next transaction.

Upon reaching a Tier, for example bronze to silver, the discount offer on non-fuel purchases will be assigned as per new tier within a maximum of 2 days for a fixed validity period.

If a Tier is unlocked in one and first transaction itself, Rewards and offers non-fuel purchases will be assigned within a maximum of 7 days and will remain assigned as per individual validity periods.
