1. This offer is exclusively available to select eligible Shell V-Power customers who receive the offer in their Shell Asia app (account).
2. Offer is valid from 6^th Nov 2026 to 31^st Dec 2026
3. Eligible customers can redeem one complimentary Ducati Corse Backpack (MRP ₹4,999) during the offer validity period.
4. The offer can be redeemed at Shell Stations in select cities (Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Coimbatore, Dharwad, Hubli, Jamnagar, Mysore, Rajkot, Surat, Thane, Vadodara) and is subject to stock availability at the preferred station.
5. Customers are advised to check stock availability with their preferred Shell Station before redeeming the offer. If the Ducati Corse backpack is unavailable, please inform the station team, who will help arrange the same for your next visit, subject to stock availability.
6. To redeem the offer, customers must present and scan their Shell Asia app QR code at the station. Redemption using a mobile/phone number is not permitted.
7. The offer is personal to the eligible customer and is non-transferable. It cannot be transferred, assigned, sold, or passed on to another person in any scenario.
8. Shell reserves the right to withdraw the offer where the limit (redemption of 1 unit) has been exceeded, including where multiple accounts are used by the same individual to circumvent this restriction.
9. This promotion operates on first-come, first-served basis, subject to stock availability. Shell does not guarantee stock availability at any specific location or for any specific duration within the promotion period.
10. The offer/reward cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another product, or any other benefit.
11. Once successfully redeemed, the offer will be treated as fully utilized and cannot be redeemed again.
12. The offer is valid only for successful and approved redemptions recorded through the Shell Asia app.

Damaged merchandise/Replacement policy

1. Customer to check the merchandise before the point of billing to ensure no damage. Product/s once billed will not be replaced
2. No replacements will be provided by Shell or it’s participating fuel stations
3. In case of any product related concerns, customers are requested to reach out to the manufacturer, details of which are placed in product label. Product-related warranties, if any, should be subject to the manufacturer’s applicable warranty terms.

General conditions

1. Shell reserves the right to modify (in any manner whatsoever), suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without any prior notice or information.
2. No two offers can be clubbed together.
3. Shell shall not be liable for non-availability of products, technical issues with the Shell Asia App, or any indirect loss arising from participation in this offer
4. Shell GO+ terms and conditions shall apply as if fully set forth herein.
5. Shell makes no representations or warranties in relation to the Product or the Offer and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Product (i.e., Ducati Corse Backpack) or the Offer, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or applicability of the Offer, Shell’s decision shall be final and binding.
