The Finance Operations (FO) team, based in Chennai and Bangalore, operates from Shell’s Business Operations (SBO) centres and is among the rapidly expanding businesses of Shell. This team plays a pivotal role in executing Finance Operations activities, which include continuous improvements in Finance and enterprise-wide data organisation.

The team at FO India carries out core Shell business Financial & Data Operations such as Revenue and Group Service Reporting, Reporting & Analysis, Direct Taxation, Controls & Compliance, Local Statutory Reporting, data management, Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics. They also provide commercial services and customer operations for Trading and Lubricants.
